Thanks for posting this: I missed it the first time. He was such a wonderful player and composer, I will hate not having anything new to look forward to. Maybe the unreleased stuff he talked about will finally get unearthed.
I always loved Towner’s work in Oregon, but didn’t know much about him! Thanks for the illuminating interview. He will be missed.
Love this! The way he explains himself is clear, insightful and engaging. Didn’t know about his appearance at Woodstock.
